Warranty
While we don't offer refunds on gift certificates, retail items, or services, we truly care about your experience and want to make sure you are happy with your service. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a warranties for our work.
- Regular Polish: 24 hour, repair or re-polish if necessary.
- Gel Polish: Up-to one week, repair or re-polish if necessary.
- Acrylic Nails: Up-to one week, repair or re-polish if necessary.
Reservation Policy
To ensure prompt service, please call to schedule an appointment. Our number is 515-233-1984.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a 24-hour notice. Clients will be charged the full-service fee for no call/no show appointments.
A $50 deposit is required when booking an appointment for multiple services.
To guarantee your reservation time, please make your appointment through our business phone number below and NOT the technician’s cell phone number.
HOSPITAL STANDARD STERILIZATION & SANITIZING PROCEDURES
All metal implements are sterilized in a steam medical approved autoclave and sealed in envelopes. Your ProNails Spa Technician uses a fresh packet of sterilized tools are opened exclusively for you, disposing files and buffers after each client.
To minimize all risks, we use disposable liner for the pedicure tubs. After each service, we dispose the liner, disinfect the surface of the tub walls, as well as the whirlpool jet, then rinse the tub with water.
At the end of each day, each whirlpool jet and screen is removed and deep cleaned using a chlorine solution. Finally, the entire system is flushed.

You and your friends can get ready for that special occasion with a Nail Party at ProNails Spa. Just book a few days in advance and we’ll provide the beverages! From birthday parties to wedding preparation, to a classic girls day. (Party goers must be 21 years of age to consume adult beverages. Maximum two glasses per customer.)
